By downloading, installing, or using WRAP (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WRAP is a timesheet calculation and management tool for UK commercial film crew. It implements the Advertising Producers Association (APA) Recommended Terms for engaging crew on the production of commercials, effective 1 September 2025.

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

WRAP is a calculation tool. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or employment advice. Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying all calculations before submitting invoices or timesheets
• Confirming the correct application of APA terms to their specific engagement
• Understanding their contractual obligations and entitlements
• Compliance with all applicable tax and employment laws

The developer of WRAP is not a chartered accountant, solicitor, or licensed professional adviser. WRAP is provided for informational purposes only.

4. Accuracy

While WRAP is designed to calculate rates according to APA Recommended Terms, no software is perfect. The developer makes no warranty that calculations are error-free. Users must verify all outputs.

The APA Recommended Terms are recommendations, not law. Actual contractual terms between crew and production companies may differ. Users should refer to their individual engagement contracts.

5. User Data

All data entered into WRAP is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. The developer of WRAP is not responsible for lost data due to device failure, uninstallation, or app updates.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality
• Resell or redistribute the App without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding (including the WRAP name and mark), is the property of the developer. All rights reserved.

The APA Recommended Terms referenced in this App are the property of the Advertising Producers Association.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of WRAP shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
• Errors in calculations or timesheet outputs
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on the App's calculations
• Lost data

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

9. Changes to the App

The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
